Okay, I’ll admit it. Though I set out this year to workout more, with my Thesis and research work, I’ve only been able to get to the gym twice a week. Pathetic, I know. Perhaps if I bought new workout gear, I’d be more excited about going? I am joining a Kettlebell workshop toward the end of this semester, but I would really like to fit two days of yoga, one day of boxing and one day of bootcamp into my schedule.
How do you stay motivated to work out?
